Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our studio.

  Shipping Your Return

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
